Got run around about new 2020 Camry tinting in which I found deal from another customer back in early Feb under seat. I was told let the car sit in the sun before bubbles work themself out of the tint, gi found deal from another customer back in early Feb under seat. I was told let the car sit in the sun before bubbles work themself out of the tint, give it two weeks. The car has sat on the lot for some time now with the tint installed. Then got the run around by service over brand new car and Corona-19 virus and replacing damaged tinting, and scheduling appointment to replace with new tint. Told car was scheduled for Tuesday at 09:30 am March 31, but told April 2nd on Tuesday 09:30. Called service after face to face with Mark in service desk to say he may have made mistake, other service rep looked into computer to find that appointment was scheduled for 09-24-20. Spoke to Mark again on next phone call, he said let me call you on Monday morning March 30th about scheduling car to return for replacement tint, back window, and drivers side door tint bubbled up. Felt upset that I had run around from dealership over something a customer shouldn't stress about. More
