Bought a used VW Passat TDI from Bmw of salem. The entire team was extremely friendly, laid back, humble and all around very caring. Easiest car purchase yet. Sean Ostler and crew were awesome in facilitating for us to drive the vehicle ahead of time, think it over and buy the car. We made the appointment to come in Saturday and complete the deal and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and never once felt any pressure to buy. The first experience in Portland left us with questions that put our choice of Model in doubt, however when we arrived for our appointment the car we wanted to see was parked if front and ready to look at not tucked away behind the building. My wife is handicapped after an encounter with a drunk driver it is difficult to shop this was a blessing. Craig Burger our Client Adviser was helpful and had tremendous knowledge of this model (not a BMW) he not only answered our questions about this car but helped us understand what we had seen on our previous experience in Portland. I had a hard time getting my wife to leave the lot that night. The car had just come to them and had not been through their shop or detailed. The next morning we called and made an offer on the car. That evening we signed the papers to get that part taken care of, During the inspection and oil change shop had ordered two new tires that had not arrived and we did not expect the car to be ready for a few days. The next morning we got a call from Jeffery the finance Manager to tell us we had forgotten to sign our down payment check and asked us to stop by, That afternoon when we arrived at the dealership our new vehicle was parked out front detailed with FOUR new tires ready for delivery. The truth is we were not their to buy a new BMW we came for a seven year old used SUV that we have needed for two years. Jeffery helped us with our challenges in finance, Craig treated us like we were buying a 7 Series and was delightful every minute, The new BMW's were beautiful but the selection of very nice used inventory I saw should make this a come and look spot for you. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles ready. We took them for a drive and drove the one we purchased twice to make sure it was the one we wanted. T.J. explained all the features of each vehicle as we drove. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was like going for a drive with a friend. When we decided on the one, TJ made the whole purchase process efficiently and effortlessly for us. His expertise and knowledge of the vehicles he sells is amazing. TJ and the rest of the staff at Salem BMW put the customer first. No pressure, product knowledge, courtesy and respect. This was truly a “Great Experience “. More
