I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Hackensack and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my salesman, Jeff, was great. However, I was disappointed with the dealership's unwillingness to negotiate on the price. Despite the dealership's older appearance suggesting it might offer more savings, the negotiation process was quite rigid. I had hoped for a bit more flexibility considering the dealership's age and appearance, which gave off a more budget-friendly vibe. Overall, while Jeff provided excellent service, the dealership's firm stance on pricing was a letdown. If you're looking for a straightforward buying experience and a great salesman, ask for Jeff. But if you're hoping for significant price negotiations, you might want to manage your expectations. More

Toyota of Hackensack is a large enough showroom to highlight new & available cars, while you meet with one of their kind and informed specialists. Their waiting room is large, spacious and clean. Water and Starbucks coffee offers to all clients, new and potential. I met with Jeff Canlas not sure of my next move after a 3 year lease. Jeff walked me through every scenario with patience and clarity. Although I could not make a decision the same day, I went back and Jeff answered all of my questions thoroughly, and when not sure of an answer, confirmed with management. Jeff was kind, thoughtful, listened to my concerns, and genuinely cared and guided me to the best decision for me at this time. I will absolutely return to Toyota of Hackensack and highly recommend Jeff, or any other of their staff. More
