He was patient, friendly, and funny. My family and I spent most of our Saturday there and thanks to John and the wonderful staff at Criswell Chevy I went home with my new Cruze. I was impressed by the level of customer service by the Service shop and vowed to make my next purchase with Criswell. The opportunity came faster than I thought as we bought a new camper and needed a 3500HD to pull it! I called late on a Friday night and got John Spicer who set up a test drive that next day! We found a different truck that was in transit and they tracked it for us and was even going to go get it so we could take delivery of the new camper! They even rushed the detail so Erick in Service could put on my illuminated bowtie my husband got me as a birthday surprise! The staff at Criswell really went above and beyond to make this purchase happen and to make sure we were happy and we are! We look forward to future dealings with Criswell and the staff. More

Zr2 Bison find I was able to find a special edition Colorado at an extremely reasonable price. Reasonable enough I flew 1300 miles to get it and then drive home.
