Smooth sailing I had a great time at Criswell. I was helped by Mike Boyce, I was doing some research on subcompact cars. I looked at Accents, Sonics, Sparks, and Fit I had a great time at Criswell. I was helped by Mike Boyce, I was doing some research on subcompact cars. I looked at Accents, Sonics, Sparks, and Fits. Criswell's website is easy to navigate and there's no difference in what I saw there and what I saw on cars.com. Sometimes dealerships like to bullhorn a potential customer, take their info when you're just looking and hound you forever (ahem, Blaise Alexander). Once I contacted Mike to see if the car was still available, he was professional and not pushy at all. I sort of new what I wanted but not so much where I wanted it, by that time. Mike and I made an appointment for me to come in on a Saturday after work to look over the car. When I got there the dealership looked great and I was greeted by Jeff. It was a busy day, Mike was already with someone, but I was able to relax in the lounge wind down after work. Once Mike got some time he gave me plenty of time with the car, I always like to look under the hood, turn up the radio, just soak in the car, you know. Once I was finished and ready to get it on the road, Mike was just about finished with his current customer, but he saw I was ready to try out the car and so Clayton and I took the car for a spin. Clayton gave me enough time to get a feel for the ride and we had a really good conversation too. Everyone there is easy to relate to and I appreciated that. When I got back Mike was ready to go over the car with me. He was helpful in answering my questions about the car and we went over the numbers. We came up with what I felt was a good deal with my trade in and I got $500 short of the NADA average trade in value. My car has seen some stuff. I commute like crazy, so I was happy with that. All in all I had a great experience buying from Criswell. I ended up getting a 2018 Spark Activ that was priced well below the average person's purchase price. And I think I made some friends too. I would recommend Criswell to anyone. Thanks guys! More

I was probably the worst customer as in changing my mind, but Mike was patient and I didn't once feel pressured to buy. I did tell him when I left the first time, if I do buy one it will be from him, ( I live in Lancaster Pa) so I had a lot of dealers that I could of went to but I came back to him to Mike at Criswell. I will definitely refer and recommend anyone buying a vehicle to check with Mike. More

Best Experience with a Car Dealership I've Ever Had Mike Boyce was great! He made the process very easy. Negotiated a deal with him via email. Arrived at the dealership to finalize the sale, expectin Mike Boyce was great! He made the process very easy. Negotiated a deal with him via email. Arrived at the dealership to finalize the sale, expecting to have him attempt to tack on other fees to the price we had settled upon. To my surprise, there was no attempt to do so. The deal was honored exactly per our email correspondence. Mike, as it turned out, is a very friendly, honest guy. Dealt with Jeff Duncan, well. He great to work with and made the payment process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Chevrolet! More

Poor Customer Service & Satisfaction In the past we have done three deals with Criswell within the last thee years. We attempted to do a deal on a new 2018 Ram Longhorn Mega cab. We broug In the past we have done three deals with Criswell within the last thee years. We attempted to do a deal on a new 2018 Ram Longhorn Mega cab. We brought in our 2017 Toyota Tundra for a quote on trading it in. They looked at our vehicle but wasn't told an amount by Jeff Lang (the new car sales manager). We left empty handed and confused about that whole thing. We ended up getting one from a dealer in Georgia a few days later. We got a really weird vibe from Lang, like he was trying to be really shady and dishonest. We decided, since we do like most of the sales team and Jesse in finance we would purchase a 2018 Traverse a week later. We tried to trade in a vehicle we purchased from them a year ago, only to receive a lowball trade offer (1/2 of what we purchased it for.) To do the deal we wanted them to come up at least another $1000, but they (the used car manager/appraiser and Jeff Lang) wouldn't budge or work with us at all. We purchase several vehicles all the time from various dealerships, we couldn't believe they were willing to throw away a relationship with us when we were not being unreasonable about the deal. We were loyal to Criswell and excited to have the "old team of sales guys that new how to treat customers. Things were much better and different when Robert Hartley was the manager. Lang caused Criswell not only a sale today but a life long customer and future referrals. More

Purchase of vehicle My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from the dealership. I called with questions on the day of the purchase and was asked to come in My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from the dealership. I called with questions on the day of the purchase and was asked to come in and look at the vehicle I was interested in. Upon our arrival the vehicle was parked out front and the salesman came to greet us and talked to us about the vehicle. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle. We then completed the purchase. The atmosphere was very professional but laid back and inviting. The entire experience was incredible and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
