I have also achieved Master Certification from Toyota for the last ten years. I have been with Dayton Toyota for over fifteen years ever since I moved from Queens, New York to New Jersey. The Customer Comes First! My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four dif My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four different salesmen. All of who have been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable (some more than others). Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Prius Four Touring, which we love, and think is an outstanding vehicle. This was sold to us by Jeffrey Marcus, who was very professional, and always has the customer's best interest at heart. Even when a mistake was made in the quoted price, Jeffrey accepted full responsibility and made sure everything was right for us. I also would like to give xxxxxxto Mike Dooley, and Tom Kozak who always provide excellent, courteous and professional care and service to all customers to insure that they are completely satisfied. One of the main reasons that we have keep coming back to Dayton Toyota has mainly been the their service department. Keep up the great work! More
