Outstanding service with the best prices! Highly recommend! I can say that this is the first time I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car thanks to Dayton Toyota. I wish I could give Dayton Toyota a million stars based on the following: -best prices and selection - a 100% willingness and effort on their part to cater to and work around your needs (budget, color, style,features, etc.) -very professional staff from the time you enter until the time you leave and all of them were very friendly, sincere and helpful and they worked as a team -very straight forward, trustworthy and no one tried to take advantage of me -excellent knowledge of the cars/features/products , services, finance options and related paperwork/process This is the only place I will ever buy a car from. I was pleased that even after the sale, I was able to receive additional time and help from Justin when I returned with questions about the vehicle's operation. Jeffrey Marcus was my first contact and was helpful as well, but my experience with him ended when he required emergency hospitalization. Justin took over. More

The Customer Comes First! My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four dif My wife and I have been buying cars from Dayton Toyota since 1982. Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four different salesmen. All of who have been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable (some more than others). Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Prius Four Touring, which we love, and think is an outstanding vehicle. This was sold to us by Jeffrey Marcus, who was very professional, and always has the customer's best interest at heart. Even when a mistake was made in the quoted price, Jeffrey accepted full responsibility and made sure everything was right for us. I also would like to give xxxxxxto Mike Dooley, and Tom Kozak who always provide excellent, courteous and professional care and service to all customers to insure that they are completely satisfied. One of the main reasons that we have keep coming back to Dayton Toyota has mainly been the their service department. Keep up the great work! More
