I am impressed that you have had the same staff in the service area for many years. Tom K., Ron R. in the Service Area and Fred L. who have worked on my car many times are very much appreciated and always greet me with a friendly smile and good conversation; not just about how the car is running but also how I am doing. Jeffrey Marcus and Tom Dooley , both are kind and professional and I feel in good hands whenever I am considering purchasing a new vehicle. Also you maintain a pristine showroom and waiting area as well as bathrooms. And it's nice to know when running late there will be a warm drink and refreshments. I do however miss the computer room in the shop area.....I just assumed was unavailable when there last week ; if it is not......any chance it will return? Need I say more.......I can think of no better dealership !! Dayton Toyota has my irrevocable recommendation.
