The car came quick when I ordered it but they raised the price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it. The service department leaves greasy hand prints all over the doors, leaves their trash in the cup holder after peeling off the next service sticker, left the oil cap off and had at least a quart of oil in my garage. The worst Toyota dealership in Florida. When you take your car to get service it supposed to get a free car wash but this dealership is to cheap and greedy. More

I was given an appt time. When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. I left. I wrote an email to both the service manager and store general man When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. I left. I wrote an email to both the service manager and store general manager and never heard back from either. I decided to find another dealer for services but first give Daytona one more try. The second experience was smoother. I was given a loaner since the required work would be 3 hours. Max and Aaron were both easy to work with. Overall the people in the service department could be friendlier. Maybe a smile and greeting? The car loan office and cashier were very pleasant. More
