It was a wonderful experience. My fiancé and I have been looking for a new car to trade my car and we had specific things in mind while we were looking. All America seems to be able to meet all of our expec looking for a new car to trade my car and we had specific things in mind while we were looking. All America seems to be able to meet all of our expectations and then some. Our salesman Jeffrey was great and very knowledgeable. I’ve bought a car in the past from another dealership and it was extremely stressful but this time was different. Will buy from All American again in the future. More

I went in really not sure what to expect,, I went in just to look and left with a new car and they also gave me the highest amount for my trade-in. All in all they took care of me and took care of an obstacl to look and left with a new car and they also gave me the highest amount for my trade-in. All in all they took care of me and took care of an obstacle that was preventing me to get my new car. I’ll be back in a year for an upgrade. More

2 weeks later after buying a used vehicle and still no vehicle. Was told it would be ready by two service advisors on Monday and nothing, said it might be Wednesday or Thursday. Went to pickup the Jeep ye vehicle. Was told it would be ready by two service advisors on Monday and nothing, said it might be Wednesday or Thursday. Went to pickup the Jeep yesterday since the said it was done. My salesman informs me that the e brake was never fixed. When he clearly requested it to be fixed. Sales team is great!!! Service team lacks leadership bad! Once again Jeffrey thank you for everything you have done with communication with us we greatly appreciate it! More

I would not recommend. They do not call you back if you have trouble with a new vehicle. My vehicle has less than 300 miles and the windows do not work and side view mirrors do not work. The first day I received my used 2017 chevy silverado, the transmission was messing up. I gave the salesman (Manuel Munoz) a call and explained what it was doing and he was quick to take the truck back to the transmission was messing up. I gave the salesman (Manuel Munoz) a call and explained what it was doing and he was quick to take the truck back to try and get the issue resolved. They had my truck for little over a month and I now have it back. There was issues between 2 service departments on getting the issue resolved but then the general manager stepped in and helped. Long story short, I now have a truck with a working transmission and I love it! It did take a while but at least the problem was solved and fixed. They were always friendly and professional when speaking with them and I appreciate that. Thanks! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. More
