I had an emergency with my low tire pressure notification coming on. I had a leaky tire and called and the fit me in even though it was a Saturday morning. My salesman Jeff was nice, but a little disappointed in the CPO inspection. It was a very sunny day, and didn’t see the small dent in roof until I came home. I emailed Jeff my salesman. He was nice enough the CPO inspection. It was a very sunny day, and didn’t see the small dent in roof until I came home. I emailed Jeff my salesman. He was nice enough to have their dent guy look at it and try to fix. However, the dent guy said the repair would be more involved and I would need to pay out of my pocket. I know that fixing dents is part of the CPO process. If the dent is significant enough that the paint less dent guy couldn’t fix it, then it should have been disclosed or don’t sell as CPO. It’s a small dent, but for the price paid I thought it would have been addressed. I understand I’m not buying new, but I had a certain expectation, like no dents, when purchasing. Ultimately I should have done my own pre purchase inspection. The car is nice, but I don’t have a good overall feeling about the purchase because of the dent in car. Update: After my initial review of my experience, I received a call from my salesman. I didn’t expect that. I was really trying to just share an honest review and wasn’t expecting a call. He said they would make my situation right. Later my salesman Jeff said his manager was going to contact me to resolve my issues. Once I hear back I will update my review with outcome. More
