I made an appointment with Jefry for my first service on my Macan. Service was extremely busy even at 8am. When I arrived, I was greeted and quickly taken care of. He noted to services that I was waiting my Macan. Service was extremely busy even at 8am. When I arrived, I was greeted and quickly taken care of. He noted to services that I was waiting for the car. The waiting area was nicely appointed so the wait wasn't that bad. Jefry communicated when the car was ready, and we proceeded to the cashier. I waited outside for the car to be pulled up and was checked on by several associates offering water, etc. The whole experience was really an easy process due to your associate's friendly nature and competency.
