I had literally been searching the country for about six months for a particular car make and model and was very pleased to finally find it at Sport Mazda South in Orlando. I made arrangements on the Sport months for a particular car make and model and was very pleased to finally find it at Sport Mazda South in Orlando. I made arrangements on the Sport website to drive over from my home near Tampa to see the car and an appointment was set up with Miguel Filpo. Miguel met me outside as I drove up and had the car waiting for me right in front of the dealership. I can't speak highly enough of Miguel, who did a fantastic job of answering my questions about the car and completing all the necessary steps involved in the purchase. He is a credit to the Sport dealership, and I can only say I wish all the other dealer employees I have dealt with in my long lifetime had been as competent as Miguel. The car needed a minor repair that could not be completed the day I was there (a Saturday afternoon) so I had to return a few days later to pick it up. Again, Miguel was waiting for me when I arrived. The car was ready to go and I drove it home to Tampa without any problems. Miguel had thoroughly checked out the car to make sure it was ready for the three hour drive home and it needed nothing. I want to also mention that Jennifer in finance made the job of paying for the car quite pleasant and painless. If I am in the market for a Mazda in the future (maybe to replace my wife's beloved 20-year old Miata) I will seriously consider driving over to Orlando again to see Miguel at Sport Mazda South. Thanks again for a great deal on the car, and thanks again to Miguel for his friendly and competent handling of the deal. More
