This is an update to my original review from a few weeks ago. I had my RV at Sunset trying to get a recall fixed. At the same time I had a warranty claim that I filed at Sunset on a tire that was installed ago. I had my RV at Sunset trying to get a recall fixed. At the same time I had a warranty claim that I filed at Sunset on a tire that was installed wrongly on my RV at the Ford factory were the chassis was build. I had actually filed a claim for my tire with Ford, Coachman RV and Michelin Tire but was having no luck trying to get any traction with the claim. My first review was done hoping I could get someone to notice and help me with that claim. Fortunately my plan worked by the owners at Sunset noticing my bad review and ask Jennifer H to contact me and solve my problem. Jennifer went to work and was finally able to get our claim paid. Sorry I had to file a bad review but it was only done out of frustration. No hard feelings against Sunset Ford. Even though I needed to get the recall work done else were because of the strike I am grateful Jennifer took care of us. More
