I appreciate the service team squeezing me in on a Saturday, when I pulled because one of my tires had low pressure. They got me in, after seeing a nail in my tire. The service department did not provide accurate information regarding my vehicle’s repairs. I was originally told my repair would be covered by warranty, but it was not.
