Todd Mangrum doing what's best for the customer! I could not be happier with my purchase and the service at Firkins! . I worked with Todd Mangrum and he was great!. I thought I had my eyes set on o I could not be happier with my purchase and the service at Firkins! . I worked with Todd Mangrum and he was great!. I thought I had my eyes set on one particular vehicle but he actually found a better car that far exceeded my expectations! Five Star service and QUICK!. He went above and beyond to come to me with the vehicle in light of the social distancing. He really goes out of his way to do what is best for the customer. The Vehicle was exactly as described, no hard sell, no pushy tactics, it was a fantastic experience overall. I spent less than a half hour total in and out, Jason in the fiance department took care of everything like a pro. It was a bitter sweet moment for me personally; THANK YOU! More

Chevy Colorado’s I found the Chevy Colorado I purchased online. We settled on a price and I started the two hour drive to the dealership. Halfway up I received an emai I found the Chevy Colorado I purchased online. We settled on a price and I started the two hour drive to the dealership. Halfway up I received an email the truck had sold. I called and spoke to the manager and was obviously upset because we had a contract. The manager than called me back to explain the “mistake”. I arrived at the dealership. I test drove the truck and told the salesman about the stutter in the truck when the gears shifted. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After a three hour process and a price higher than the contract, I finally drove two hours home. Upon returning to my town I took my truck to a Chevy dealership and was told it need a transmission flush. I was not happy with the service and questionable dealings with your dealership More

The most amazing car buying experience Buying a car is never fun and we have been putting this off for almost a year. We have looked at probably ten different vehicle models and decided on Buying a car is never fun and we have been putting this off for almost a year. We have looked at probably ten different vehicle models and decided on a Jeep Wrangler. We were upside down on our last car so we knew it would be a challenge. We went to the previous Jeep dealer in Seminole and they haggled with us for almost a week. They changed prices and were ultimately ready to lose the deal over $100. They seemed pushy and kept wanting us to put down a nonrefundable deposit. My gut just kept telling me not to do it. The next day (Saturday) I contacted Jenna at Firkins. We exchanged a few emails and by Monday we had everything figured out. By Tuesday we had the deal done and we were waiting in our credit union. Well our credit union ended up being a nightmare and it was Damion in their finance department that saved the day. He is an absolute gem and we owe him a big steak dinner. He stayed late and worked his rear off for use getting us approved. He got the deal done just like he said they would. This deal was a nightmare but it had NOTHING to do with Firkins...they were the only ones that were stable and reliable and trustworthy. They kept their word on everything and went the extra mile. Todd the manager and Justin our sales guy were all so awesome! We absolutely will refer people here and will absolutely come back to Firkins! We are a Firkins family now! More

Visit to Bradenton FL Salesman did a great job. He was very proactive and every question I had, he got me an answer. The dealership on the pre-owned section seemed a bit s Salesman did a great job. He was very proactive and every question I had, he got me an answer. The dealership on the pre-owned section seemed a bit small but the cars were clean and the inside was clean too. The other sales persons were courteous to me as well. The finance department was fine. I really don't like financing but it was unavoidable in this case. The finance crew were respectful enough. The entire team tried to get me in and out as I requested (quickly). I did not fee any hard presser to buy but since I was in no rush and I did let them know that, this was really not a factor this day. Overall, yes I would buy another car from them if the occasion arises and I would like to give a special thanks to my sales man Dean Hannemann who hung in there with me. I believe he had help from others but he was the one I finished with so thank you Buddy! More
