Promised when I bought the Ram Truck that your service department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ra department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ram. Never will do any business in the future with Granite Subaru and will tell everyone I know of their deceptive practices. More

Jen was awesome. She helped me customize my 30k interval service because there were some things I did not need to do at this time. She was super cheerful when I came in and she honestly made the experience 5 stars. Mechanics were able to put one of my skid plates back on free of charge which I also really appreciated. Will definitely be using Granite Subaru for all of my manor service intervals on my WRX! More
