We’re sorry for any frustration caused by the misunderstanding regarding service capabilities. While we are always happy to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and basic fluid services, our facility is specifically designed and equipped for smaller import vehicles. Due to lift capacity, shop dimensions, and specialized tooling requirements for large domestic pickup trucks, we are unable to accommodate repairs beyond basic maintenance. We strive to be transparent about these limitations and regret if this was not clearly communicated, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve how we set expectations going forward.

Mechanics were able to put one of my skid plates back on free of charge which I also really appreciated. Will definitely be using Granite Subaru for all of my manor service intervals on my WRX!
