We usually deal wit Kenny King, who recently retired. We were introduced to Nate Bryant who even at his young age treated us with the same family like treatment we were used to getting. Another great experience at Klaben I just bought my new Ford Edge, and Doug Carter and Jen Bowen were very helpful in the process. I've known Doug for a while from my wife purchasing t I just bought my new Ford Edge, and Doug Carter and Jen Bowen were very helpful in the process. I've known Doug for a while from my wife purchasing two cars from him on separate occasions within the last several years, but it was great for me to work with him directly and get to know him better. He talked to me to understand what I wanted in general, and then provided several options for me to evaluate. I felt he looked out for my interests and needs. During the pickup of my vehicle today, he spent adequate time going through everything so I felt comfortable driving it away.
