So glad I went to Klaben! I am so glad I came here first to lease the new 2017 MKZ , even though I live an hour and a half away! New Escape I can't say enough about how great Klaben is. During a very rough time where I almost lost my mom and felt that I was in the 8th realm of xxxx e I can't say enough about how great Klaben is. During a very rough time where I almost lost my mom and felt that I was in the 8th realm of xxxx everyone at Klaben made me feel like I was family and they truly cared to listen and understand what my needs were in a vehicle. After another repair on my older Escape I decided to stop in and see my salesman Doug Beavers. He took the time to listen to me and understand my needs. Doug found a way to get me into a brand new 2017 Escape and Tim worked with Ford financing to make it affordable for me. Now I have a a safe vehicle that I don't have to worry when the next breakdown would occur and if if it would tip the savings account beyond recovery. Every person in there was very helpful, made sure I knew where the refreshments were wit ith smiles on their faces and a welcoming hello. Even the gentleman with the mop bucket! I wish more companies had such happy carring employees! More

The BEST in N.E. Ohio We somewhat unexpectedly had to make a vehicle purchase after finding out it would be to costly to have my older vehicle repaired. Being budget consci We somewhat unexpectedly had to make a vehicle purchase after finding out it would be to costly to have my older vehicle repaired. Being budget conscious we had wanted to wait a couple more years. That was not to be the case. Our last purchase was from Klaben and we always have our repairs and maintenance done there. Kim in the service dept. notified Danny S. in sales of the situation and that we were planning to stop by. When we came in Danny was already up to speed and after our getting reacquainted we got down to business. We checked out a couple of vehicles that evening but needed to center in on the "perfect" vehicle for us. Early the next morning the "tag team" was off and running with us and it wasn't long before we not only had selected our 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, but the paper work was being completed. We cleaned out the two cars we were trading in so we could become a one vehicle family signed the papers and took off with a brand new completely clean Escape with a full tank of gas. Kim, Danny, Andy, Eben and Jennifer all worked so well together. We love the team work and we love our new Escape. Thanks Klaben, you are the BEST! More
