He listened and understood what we were looking for and connected us with a car that had just been delivered by truck and it turned out to be the one we purchased. We could not have been more pleased with our salesperson, Monica Schivone. She was totally knowledgeable about the Forester, answering all questions that we had. She helped us get the car at the price we wanted. Jennifer, in the Financing Dept., made our loan experience almost painless. We’ll be going back on Saturday morning and Monica will help us understand how to use many of the great safety features on the Forester. We certainly appreciate her helpfulness in going the extra mile to be sure that we understand how to get the most out of our new car.
