No spam or pressure. He was really knowledgeable, and he answered every little question we had off the top of his head and didn't need to run around finding things out. I really recommend Trent if you're headed to this dealership. His communication between the dealership and us was professional but also like family. He was just a great sales guy to work with. Sean Johnson was a big help to us when we stopped in for a 2nd visit and Robert had the day off, he was able to pick up where Robert left off and treated us with the same care and respect. Jennifer Duran, the finance manager, the one who closed the experience, was so pleasant and made the finance part of the process enjoyable. Can’t remember ever laughing and smiling so much when paying a dealership for a car. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust to purchase a car from. More

It is an outstanding dealership with whom we have never had an issue. We recently decided to trade in our old Outback on a newer model with more safety features. We came to the dealership and met with Bob Wilson. Bob showed us the new models and we quickly moved to a deal. The price offered for our trade-in was in line with my expectations and a good price was offered on the new car. In order to get the exact make and color we wanted (green), they had to arrange for a vehicle swap. A green Outback like we wanted was to arrive at a Phoenix dealership in two weeks. The time came and went. We contacted Bob to learn about the status. There was some uncertainty. We were faced with a deadline, since we were to leave for a trip soon. Bob and his bosses went to work. The result was that the car was kicked loose out of Phoenix and brought to Tucson in time for us to pick it up on schedule. The car was delivered immaculately clean. The financial aspect of the transaction was handled by the staff at Tucson Subaru with smooth, friendly precision. I would highly recommend this dealership and its great staff. More
