This is the second car purchased Worked with Bob Wilson on purchase of a new 2018 Outback 2.5i Touring. The sales process couldn't have been easier. This is the second car purchased from Tucson Subaru and both times Bob Wilson was our sales representative...he knows his product. I'd highly recommend requesting Bob for your sales rep. The finance department made loan application easy with one minor exception--the push to purchase extended warranties, service contracts, added security system, and paint protectant was a bit much. More

I had an idea that I wanted a WRX, but it wasn’t until the test drive where I found out all the benefits This was just an all around great experience. I had an idea that I wanted a WRX, but it wasn’t until the test drive where I found out all the benefits this car had to offer. I knew it was a 2018 but I was impressed with, not only the car, but with the fact that Anthony knew everything about it and was able to show me how to use everything after I closed my deal. Jennifer made my car leasing process so easy for me (first time leasing). Not only was it the car I wanted but they were able to accommodate my financial needs as well to make this dream happen. Very happy all the way around. More

Extraordinary Care and Customer service The reason for my need for another Subaru Forester was that the one-year-old model I bought from Trent Nichols at Tucson Subaru was totaled in a three The reason for my need for another Subaru Forester was that the one-year-old model I bought from Trent Nichols at Tucson Subaru was totaled in a three-car collision. This left me without wheels, a down payment, and without transportation beyond the insurance carrier's paying off the loan. Though with the liability situation, eventually I will be reimbursed, I faced in a very short time the need to replace the car. Trent is very familiar with effective solutions and problem-solving. Not only did Trent and Jennifer help with the final processing of the GAP insurance on the wrecked car, but Trent set up a lease vehicle with the options I needed and the opportunity to buy it later. It was a workable solution when I would not have been able to buy a used one because of lack of up front money. My wrecked car only had 15,200 miles on it and I didn't want to buy someone else's problems. So Trent made it possible for me to buy new. Unlike many car salesmen I have dealt with in the past, Trent is personable and easy to work with. There is no high pressure. No wonder he has won trophies for sales each year since 2013. More

After the purchase we were introduced to a service rep who would be available for any service inquiries and scheduling of service. Then we were introduced to all the functions of our new Subaru. Robert knew we would not remember everything; he made us aware there were classes we could attend to learn more. What a novel idea! Thank you for a great experience. I love my Subaru Forrester! More
