For me personally, I was dreading getting a new vehicle. I LOVED my truck and really did not want to see it go but after rescuing a second large dog it was time to trade in the old access cab Tacoma (Bertha I LOVED my truck and really did not want to see it go but after rescuing a second large dog it was time to trade in the old access cab Tacoma (Bertha) for something with more room so the dogs and I could sleep in the back on our winter travels and adventures. I’ve had my eyes set on a new Toyota 4Runner for years and actually had one reserved with my name on it. I decided on a whim to stop into Ide just to see what they had to offer before I pulled the trigger on the 4runner. When I got to Ide, Will Galliher greeted me and was happy to answer the questions I had and let me take a test drive. He wasn’t pushy and was very attentive. I quickly realized the Honda Passport was much more capable than I originally thought and it turned out to be a serious contender to the 4runner. Will introduced me to Jennifer Flammia who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of every time I was at Ide. From the Werthers candies to the constant laughs Jenn and Will made the buying process fun and easy. There were a few accessories and features that I thought were crucial for life with the dogs in the Passport and Jenn went through the different options and accessories in depth and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It was still a really tough decision between the 4runner and the Passport but ultimately it was the service at Ide that was the deciding factor for me. I can honestly see why they call it the Ide “family of dealerships” after purchasing my new Honda “Pawsport” Trailsport from Jennifer Flammia and Will Galliher at Ide Honda. They truly did make me feel like family every time I walked through the door.
