Buying a car was NOT a daunting task when I dealt with Jennifer Flammia at Ide Honda in Penfield, NY. In fact , the whole experience was fun and pleasurable. I'm not sure many people can say that about buying a used car!!!! Jennifer was extremely helpful to me when I really needed help. After a car accident, I didn't have much time to replace my vehicle as a busy mom of two young children with a full time job. In fact, Jennifer stayed an hour late past her shift to accommodate meeting my husband to show him the prospective Honda Odyssey van and our payment options. Jennifer took her time with us and was available by text, e-mail and phone on a moment's notice for all of our questions. Even when the sale was done, she was available and open to my questions and followed up a few times to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Jennifer took her time in showing me the key features of the new van and hooked my phone up to an app to help me with the rest. I received red carpet service from a family owned dealership and that is exactly what I received, FAMILY TREATMENT. Even the receptionist was super nice and had her little dog with her to greet the customers. Thank you Jennifer and Ide Honda for your pleasurable used car purchase of my 2019 Honda Odyssey!
