Jennifer was great! She was able to answer all my questions and explained how the dealership handled service. There was no charge for the service which was really nice. I will be back to Enoch when my car needs additional service. Thank you! More

Very kind, respectful, professional staff. However, they didn't disclose the $175 diagnostic fee (which would not go towards any service done) when I scheduled appt, only mentioned it when I a However, they didn't disclose the $175 diagnostic fee (which would not go towards any service done) when I scheduled appt, only mentioned it when I asked what they wanted me to sign at the appt. Didn't call my Uber to work on time, which they offered and knew I would need ahead of time, which made me late to work. As far as the actual diagnostic service provided, I was highly unimpressed. They couldn't replicate the issue I came in for and didn't look into the relevant area (ignition) any further, instead doing a full workup on my tires, brakes, etc. Fortunately, since they couldn't replicate the issue they didn't end up charging me the diagnostic fee. To top it all off, my check engine light came on mere hours after my appt. Nothing was mentioned about my engine in the full report they gave. Overall, great staff but poor service practices. More

I took my car in for a simple oil change and found the service exceptional! The technician even sent a video of the underside of my vehicle; they check for wear, leaks and possible trouble spots.
