They weren't knowable enough about their own product line to know a hitch for a 2022 Telluride would not fit on a 2023. Wasted half a day dropping off/picking up a car they couldn't work on. When the proper hitch did come in the most they were willing to offer me for my wasted time was a partial discount on an oil change. Don't waste your time and money at Emich Kia. More
