I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Irwin at Crown Hyundai and it was by far the most pleasant sales experience I've ever had (not just buying a car but overall sales experience). Jennifer went Crown Hyundai and it was by far the most pleasant sales experience I've ever had (not just buying a car but overall sales experience). Jennifer went above and beyond to source for me the 2022 Hyundai Palisades Calligraphy. Her price was cheaper than everyone else. The car was out of stock and would take a month more to arrive. I told Jen I was struggling to manage without the car and couldn't wait that long. Jennifer went above and beyond without me even asking to offer up a loaner in the mean time. I couldn't believe it. Their entire margin on the sale would be wiped out and I don't know how she could even pull that off but her customer centric mindset to go above and beyond was much appreciated (though I didn't end up taking the loaner). I left very impressed in every interaction I had with Jennifer Irwin. If only the industry had more people like her the words "car salesperson" would have a whole another meaning. Thank you Jennifer for being such an amazing person! More

Jennifer was like a personal assistant to my family and I she answered all the questions we had and more. She was not pushy and she listened to my needs and what I wanted. Even the staff there was very welcoming and they seem like a family rather than people working together. If you are looking for a new vehicle please go and see Jennifer and will make sure you get what you are looking for.
