I originally rated my experience with SoG as a 5 on Dealerrater, but since then I have been disappointed in my experience. I was told when test driving the car about how they have someone there that i Dealerrater, but since then I have been disappointed in my experience. I was told when test driving the car about how they have someone there that is an expert in modding vehicles and that though i was concerned with the car having enough power, that they regularly make changes to the 2.5i that adds power, like tuning.chipping. Turns out none of these are options on the 2.5i. I feel like it was an honest mistake that sales person made, but I'm surprised at how little the dealer cares about the mistake. the sales manager didn't return my call, the GM Steve Kendricks didn't return my call, but had the service manager call. the service manager was very nice but passed me an option that might work and wished me luck. I didn't pay that much money for a car, just to go and experiment on things that might work. One person told me to try lighter tires to make better use of what power i have, but when i talked to the dealer they said thats not going to make much difference. Last week the service manager said it would. I'm very open to solutions, but 6 months of investigating this with little help is aggravating. I should not have to spend my money hoping to someday make this car the car that was sold to me. Its disappointing that no one at the dealer will own the mistake and help me with the experimentation that they want me to do. I even asked if they have light wheels i could try to see if it matters. no response. i asked if they would help me out with trading the car on one with more power and i didn't get a response to that either. i like the salesman at SoG and I've referred people to him - i would buy another car from him. I just don't think i should have to deal with their mistake all on my own. its very disappointing that the management there is not concerned with this enough to contact me. More

Our purchase replaced a 2006 Outback that was "rear-ended" by a large SUV. While the 2006 Outback was totaled, we were not scratched or hurt in any way. The results of the crash helped us settle on another Outback. Lance and Jennifer made an otherwise unexpected experience pleasant and rewarding for us. I have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from numerous dealers. I can state without reservation that Subaru of Gwinnett has the most customer-oriented sales and service staff of any dealer that I have encountered. While Subaru has a remarkable product, Lance, Jennifer, our service representative Jill Thurston, and the entire SOG crew are without equal anywhere! More

I bought a Forester in 2003 from Subaru of Gwinnett. My experience with them, both sales and service over the years has been totally positive. Unlike other car dealers I've dealt with, they treat you as a experience with them, both sales and service over the years has been totally positive. Unlike other car dealers I've dealt with, they treat you as a friend and take care of you in a friendly, courteous, and professional way. I bought another Forester today 10/22/11 because the car is awesome and the dealership is top notch. They gave me a price that beat Cars Direct, then gave a further discount for being a previous Subaru owner. If you are looking for a really good experience in car buying for a change, come to Subaru of Gwinnett and see for yourself. More

We came to have a car serviced and ended up buy a car as well. We have been using SOG for service for quite some time even though it is a 25 mile drive for us. The staff and the service have been well wor well. We have been using SOG for service for quite some time even though it is a 25 mile drive for us. The staff and the service have been well worth the time and distance. We always feel welcome when we arrive. Staff are warm and friendly, but they are also very professional. Any problems are explained clearly and solutions are offered. They also point out when a problem is not urgent and could wait for a future visit. (Although she was not there on the day of this particular visit, we have also worked with Jill Thurston.) We ended up buying our second Subaru during this visit. We had been thinking about it for some time. As it happened, the right car was on the lot on this day. Lance Willhite was great to work with. Lots of good information but no pressure. Jennifer Chupp made the paperwork process most along quickly and smoothly. I usually hate the car buying experience, but not this time. I left the dealership feeling really happy about the purchase instead of frustrated (like I do in a high-pressure sales situation). I don't intend to buy another car soon, but if that time comes, it will be a Subaru and SOG is where I will go. More

Ms. Chupp was also very professional and positive in finalizing our contract. The purchace process was quick and did not involve them pushing a lot of extra accessories we did not need. Subaru vehicles are receomended by consumer reports. Based on this, we decided to check them out. This dealership and their vehicles met our family's high customer service expectation. More

My experience with Subaru of Gwinnett has always been fantastic! Today, I purchased a 2011 Outback, which is my 2nd Subaru from Subaru of Gwinnett. Gary Sikes was the sales representative that assisted fantastic! Today, I purchased a 2011 Outback, which is my 2nd Subaru from Subaru of Gwinnett. Gary Sikes was the sales representative that assisted me in my purchase. He helped me with my first Subaru as well, and he continues to assist wonderfully. The am always pleased with the service that I receive from Jill Thurston in Service Department. I choose to drive 2 hours from Columbus, Georgia to Duluth, Georgia because Jill exudes great service. She is also very accommodating with appointments considering the drive that I choose to make each time. Jennifer Chupp is great as well, and she went above and beyond to find and retrieve the vehicle for me. Today was my first experience with Tom Reddin(?). I was so impressed because he went over the documents and disclosures with such efficiency. I will continue to use Subaru of Gwinnett as my exclusive Subaru dealership because the I like the atmosphere, and the people continue to make me feel welcome during each visit. More

I went to several other dealers before coming to Subaru of Gwinnett. I was not even considering a Subaru but found their info on Consumer Reports. At the other dealers I was treated very poorly - to the of Gwinnett. I was not even considering a Subaru but found their info on Consumer Reports. At the other dealers I was treated very poorly - to the extent of complete rudeness and bullying to try to get me to buy a car. I left those dealers without making a purchase. The Subaru of Gwinnett experience was great from beginning to end. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable people in all departments along with what seems to be a great vehicle. They have won me over and made "car buying" a pleasant experience. More

I have to say that I don't usually go out of my way to give feedback to companies for products that are actually as good as they are touted to be. However, in the case of my new Subaru, I think I have to give feedback to companies for products that are actually as good as they are touted to be. However, in the case of my new Subaru, I think I have to make an exception. When we bought the car in Aug, people told us what great cars Subaru's were, especially in the snow and ice. Of course, we believed them, but living in Atlanta, we didn't figure it would have much impact on our car decision as we don't have much snow and ice in any one winter. Well, after last weeks events, I have to say that I am even happier with my decision to buy 'my baby'. It only took hitting the first patch of snow and sliding just a little to feel the car grab and feel secure again to make me a Subaru enthusiast forever. (My son (17 years old and knows way more than Mom and Dad do) tells me it is the auto correction that is making the biggest difference, but what do I care what made the difference, it happened and I gained a lot of confidence in driving on the snow). Of course, after figuring out that my car was the best of the family 'fleet' for getting around last week, I felt compelled to let our son drive it as there was little chance of family harmony in keeping him at home! Knowing that the car made it so easy for me to drive gave me the reassurance that our son would be safe (assuming he didn't do anything ridiculous!). So, please tell Gary and everyone else there at Subaru Gwinnett that we love our 2011 Outback and a big thank you for helping us find our way into the family of Subaru owners. More
