Every staff member was very helpful I had a periodic Toyota Care no cost service at the service center. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. After the service upon driving the I had a periodic Toyota Care no cost service at the service center. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. After the service upon driving the car home I had trouble with the parking assist app. I called the next day and the woman who took the call knew what the problem was, snow had blocked the sensor on the bumper. She said if it was still a problem to bring in the car and they would fix it. When I started the car and drove it the problem had gone away and I knew what had caused it. Perfect. More

I scheduled an appointment for about an hour and a half later. My car was ready 15 minutes before scheduled completion and I was offered to schedule the next service. Izaiah Ortega was friendly, thorough and very professional as he explained everything that was done and the current condition of my car. The scheduler was also excellent but I didn't get her name.
