The repair process took 16 Weeks. No loaner car was offered. Communication was limited and mostly initiated by me. For the first 12 weeks there was no known estimate for completion date for the work. When I finally picked up the vehicle it had a broken battery that overheated on the way home and had to be replaced. I saw them jumpstart the battery to bring the “fixed” car to me and asked but was not really helped. The battery was blowing steam out relief holes by the time I got home. I also had to pay over $1000 to replace O2 sensors that were likely damage by the cause of the main repair that the vehicle was towed in for. Cyl head gasket leak - coolant into combustion- exhaust flowing by O2 sensors- likely gumming up sensors. Overall bad experience for me. More

Each time I leave my Telluride for service, there is a delay. I call, no answer. Call again, transferred to service, they don’t pick up. Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not replace it and and it was still under warranty Now on the purchase side I dealt with Nena she was awesome. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be. I had no issues with them. They were both great. Nena was awesome. More

The customer service was inadequate to say the least. You kept my car over 3 weeks. Very little communication about why. Upon pickup of my vehicle I was told one thing about a oil change and then being You kept my car over 3 weeks. Very little communication about why. Upon pickup of my vehicle I was told one thing about a oil change and then being charged another. When my husband couldn't straighten it out I had to turn around and come back to the dealership for them to do their job and look at the paperwork that said I had free oil changes left. The customer service manager promised me he will call me bac, because I was not satisfied with just him telling me you were sorry for all of the bad service I received. I told him to contact the general manager and that I wanted to speak with him that day. I have not heard back either one of them yet. The sad thing is when I bought the car I was lied to horribly. I finally got a meeting with the general manager after coming back making a scene multiple times for someone to hear me. From what I've seen from this dealership since I bought my car in 2020 that unless you make a scene you're not heard. This is unfortunate. If I didn't have the free oil changes I would never come to your dealership because of all the lies I've been told, the unprofessionalism and people not knowing their job. More
