Hamza is a LIAR, misleads people by confusing you, is pushy and he single-handedly changed EVERYTHING that I had already agreed on with my sales rep. It all started when I got my 2014 KIA Optima servi pushy and he single-handedly changed EVERYTHING that I had already agreed on with my sales rep. It all started when I got my 2014 KIA Optima serviced at this dealership (1/13). After they contacted me to let me know that the service was done, I returned to pay for the service (on 1/20) and decided to take this opportunity to trade in my car and upgrade to a new 2025 KIA K4. NEVER did I think that I would be in this hellhole that I am in now. I worked with Mike Ortiz (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), they ran my credit, Mike came back with a 60-month term and payment amount that was established at this time with KIA FINANCE, we agreed on that price, and then I put a down payment because OF the price that we had agreed on. However, since I did not have my Optima's car title on me (I'm from New York), I had to fly out to NY to retrieve it. After obtaining it a couple of weeks later, I took a flight down to Florida (2/9/2025), along with my lein release because that's what was communicated to me, in order to finalize the transaction. Unfortunately, Mike had the day off, I did not sweat him not being there since he had already done everything on his end anyway. Here is when my Great experience turned to a Shady, Misleading and Horrible experience. I was brought to Hamza's office and was told that he would be taking care of me at this point. I did not think anything of it because I had been having a great experience thus far and my numbers were already finalized. Hamza, for Whatever reason, ran my credit AGAIN. He came back with some 72-month term along with a higher payment price than what I had already put a down payment on. I SPECIFICALLY pointed at the paperwork and numbers that Mike had printed out for me (60-month term, etc.) and told him that THAT was what I had agreed on. This is when he looked me DIRECTLY to my face and LIED that I did NOT qualify for Kia Finance because I "live out of state". He then went on to tell me that because of that reason, he had to look for another financer and that's when I was told that he had to go with Capital One because of my "out-of-state" residency. I thought this to be odd since Mike, and even his coworker Lorenzo, had advised me that my financing had already went through Kia Finance but this isn't my job and I thought that I was working with a professional dealership/team. Since I had already missed a few days of work because of this, I communicated to Hamza that I had to leave this very same day (2/9) in order to not miss anymore days of work. I believe he used this against me and was pushy with me to sign. I was trying to take my time reading the fine print but he would stop me and summarize it for me in order to get through it quickly even though I was asking questions. I left the dealership extremely confused and "out of it" because of what just had transpired. He even had the audacity to text me that very same day (2/9; never said Hi or how I was enjoying the car) just to ask me If I "can call Capital One to verify (my) address". I never replied to him because I was still so confused on what happened. On my ride back home to NY (19-hour trip), I had the idea to personally call KIA's CORPORATE Finance the next day (2/10). I called and was told Directly by them that I in fact AM eligible for KIA Finance because it is a nationwide program REGARDLESS of what state you live in and what state you buy a KIA from. Around the same time, I got another text from Hamza asking "Did you call Capital One?". I never replied. Two days later (2/12), I received a text from Capital One saying "Thanks for giving Capital One your mobile number". I NEVER did. An email also came in from them "Welcoming" me to "Capital One Auto Financing" even though I NEVER verified my address. Hamza must've WITHOUT MY CONSENT! NONE of this should've happened since I was LIED to, mislead and he approved things behind my back. TOTALLY Unprofessional & should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! More

Dropped my car off to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I received my car, my tire pressure light was still on and the marking I left on the tires with chalk was erased. When I brought this up to Jennifer she didn’t have anything to say “shrug shoulders” and was speechless. Don’t leave kia north without inspecting the work they do. Consider everything they do and say a lie until you see proof. Their word doesn’t mean anything. More

Lleve mi auto O km con solo apenas 10 meses de un mínimo uso con una falla en la batería lo único que logré fue perder 10 días sin vehículo y tuve que llamar al remolque para que la llevara al concesionario uso con una falla en la batería lo único que logré fue perder 10 días sin vehículo y tuve que llamar al remolque para que la llevara al concesionario original de compra ya que aparentemente nadie quería solucionar o reponer la batería que fallaba, la comunicación fue desastrada ya que nisiquiera llamaban para darme actualizaciones,jamás en la vida volveré a comprar un Kia More

My front passenger door wasn't, brought it back and still not fixed.. I also paid over 600.00 for my gas tank and problem not fixed.. after the second time they said it was what they feared and that the cost not fixed..
