My service is usually good but when I took my car in for a recall repair it ended up staying over night at the dealership with no warning or communication. I had to go to the dealership to check on my car m a recall repair it ended up staying over night at the dealership with no warning or communication. I had to go to the dealership to check on my car myself and most people had gone home. That is totally unacceptable service. At least tell me if my car will stay overnight so I can make appropriate accommodations for the next day. More
