A tail of two cars. I went to the dealership to buy a new car. I went through the inventory with Elisha and found a 7 passenger SUV with everything in it that my wife wa I went to the dealership to buy a new car. I went through the inventory with Elisha and found a 7 passenger SUV with everything in it that my wife wanted in a new car except for one factor. She wanted the one with drive and 7 passengers. I picked the one with drive and 6 passengers. My wife went back to the dealership the next day to drop of some paperwork. She went through the inventory with again and found a driver and 7 passenger SUV. The dealership went above and beyond to satisfy her request and exchanged the vehicle for the one she wanted. No questions asked and redid all of the paperwork and we swopped the vehicles. Elisha was to be off work that day but came in to help close the deal. Thank you. More
