He didn't beat around the bush or try to pressure me into buying anything I wasn't happy with... Every single person I had to talk to during the sale process was professional, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. JD worked on my loan with Chris but made sure to walk past & shake my hand. Jennifer helped beautifully with every question I had and concerns about my credit. I had to have my car in Service Wed for an onstar issues and Austin was super nice, extremely knowledge and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Tom Gill even walked up and said hello to me while I waited and thanked me for coming in. They had my car over night so I had to get a rental.
