Jennifer was extremely helpful. We were allowed to stay home while they ran our paperwork through. This was especially helpful since my husband and I are both handicapped. All we had to do was go in and si home while they ran our paperwork through. This was especially helpful since my husband and I are both handicapped. All we had to do was go in and sign the papers! Easy! More

Jennifer is simply special! My 89 year old Dad was quite taken with her especially her smile! We never planned to buy the Ford F-150 that day never thought our credit would allow it! Had even been turned do taken with her especially her smile! We never planned to buy the Ford F-150 that day never thought our credit would allow it! Had even been turned down by Auto Credit for a much older not as nice truck! We are still in shock that everyone at Gee worked so hard for us and we LOVE LOVE the truck! Awesome people!! All of the people I dealt with were great. Very open and transparent. Every question I asked was answered directly and succinctly or the person would All of the people I dealt with were great. Very open and transparent. The entire staff was friendly, casual and courteous through the entire transaction even though it was a busy day. I will strongly recommend this dealership to my workmates, family and friends. More

Very disappointed with my experience. I LOVE my Kia Soul so much that I wanted to buy it when my lease was up. When I first got in my lease four years ago, I had such a fantastic experienc I LOVE my Kia Soul so much that I wanted to buy it when my lease was up. When I first got in my lease four years ago, I had such a fantastic experience that I knew I wanted to stick with this dealership. I made an appointment at the George Gee Kia Dealership in Coeur D’ Alene, since I lived in Moscow (over 80 miles away). My appointment was at 2pm on July 20th. When I got there, Russ, was with another customer. Which is fine and I was told it would be 20 minutes. Forty minutes go by and he came in quickly and was curt with starting the paperwork. Nothing was explained to me and he was gone as quickly as he arrived. Another gentleman came by 20 minutes later and he told me that he was helping out while Russ was busy. I was left alone in the waiting room for another 30 minutes, with nothing explained to me again. A woman came in (Jennifer, I believe her name was), and saw that I was getting upset. She asked me what was going on and I told her I had no clue. She went and got the answers I needed and I was sitting down with Russ less than 20 minutes later. When I was actually interacting with Russ in his office, he was very professional and helpful with my questions. I was just incredibly frustrated because I made an appointment that was not honored. I understand things can happen to disrupt that, but nothing was communicated to me until Jennifer got involved over an hour and a half after my appointment. The next day, I received a phone call and an email from Don asking to update some paperwork and that he will be taking over for Russ. I sent the paperwork back and I have heard absolutely nothing. I have emailed him to figure out what the next step is with the bank and to see if I was missing anything else. Fast forward to today, August 6th, I finally got my bank information after contacting them myself. I am so disappointed in this entire experience and I will not buy through George Gee in Coeur D’ Alene again. More
