my comments on my last servicing, I would give it a three out of 10 based on having to wait over two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. We waited the first hour after our scheduled appointment jus out of 10 based on having to wait over two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. We waited the first hour after our scheduled appointment just to have the car taken in for service. Very disappointing. Hope you guys can figure it out. More

My vehicle was not repaired and the advisor told us if we ordered a taillight assembly that it might come with the wiring she thought we needed. Told us to try not to hit any bumps!
