That said, we're sorry the underlying tire issue wasn't resolved as quickly as it should have been, especially given you were traveling through and on a tight timeline. A couple of things worth explaining: intermittent tire issues (slow leaks, subtle wear patterns, alignment-related wear) can sometimes take more than one visit to fully diagnose, since symptoms aren't always present or measurable the same way each time a vehicle is checked. That doesn't make it less frustrating when you're far from home and need a fast fix, and we understand that. On the tire stock side, we actually checked our regional distribution center, which is less than a mile from our store, and even they didn't have your exact tires on hand — it's a fitment that simply wasn't in the regional supply chain that day, not a matter of distance. We're sorry we couldn't get you back on the road faster, and we'd welcome the chance to make it right if you're ever back through the area.
