Jens Petermann, my salesman, listened carefully to (i) what I was interested in looking at, (ii) the timing I wanted for a new lease and (iii) why I was looking at BMW for the first time. He worked with m what I was interested in looking at, (ii) the timing I wanted for a new lease and (iii) why I was looking at BMW for the first time. He worked with me to find a car I wanted and stayed in touch over his vacation to help get the car I wanted and keep me in the communication loop. I appreciated his concern and his attention and his commitment to seeing the transaction through. The other people at Autohaus that I dealt with were also very helpful. Ashly Crumel was very helpful and very patient in setting up my "MyBMW" with me and walking me through the car's features and pointing out decisions I could make about how the car operated.
