I was greeted the moment I walked in the door, asked a few general questions and directed to the correct people. I wound up at the desk of a salesman named Jerell and overall so far he has met and exceeded my expectations! He wasn't overly pushy and was willing to work with me to find me exactly what I wanted. After picking out a car that I thought would be in my price range, I was sent over to Eddie in finance and he managed to get me a much better interest rate than I thought I would be eligible for. So in short.... So far so good! More

I just bought a pre owned corvette from this dealer and couldn't have had a better experience Jerell helped me through the whole process and answered every question I had on the car. Eddie was fantastic in the finance department, quick and easy! All of their cars new and used are in immaculate condition. If your in the market for a ride, don't skip on visiting this dealer! More

I was pretty specific about what I was looking for in a car, and it so happ I visited Colonial Jeep Dodge looking for a used car that suited my needs. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for in a car, and it so happened that they had a car that fit my needs exactly in the price range I was looking for. Eddie and Jerell treated me with respect and were extremely friendly and couteous even though they had to stay after hours to complete the deal. Eddie in particular went out of his way in setting up the financing to fit my budget. The car was very fairly priced with very low mileage, Carfax one-owner, no accidents. I feel as though I got a very good deal on the car. The experience could not have been more pleasant. I would certainly rate it as one of my better car buying experiences and I am 60 years old! I've bought a few cars in my day! My kudos to Eddie and Jerell for making what is usually a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality new or used car. More

I did extensive research on dealership ratings, sales people reviews and vehicle pricing prior to calling Mike Ballos at Colonial Chrysler Jeep so I knew which Jeep Compass model we wanted and exactly what we wanted to pay. The same day I called Mike, he arranged for my family to meet with Jerell and test drive the Jeep we were looking for, and we were able to come to an agreement on the deal that very day. There are so many reasons why you should consider this dealership, but here are the main reasons I am so pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Colonial. The depth of product knowledge about the vehicles and the amount of time that Jerell spent with me and my whole family was wonderful. The pricing and financial arrangements were very straightforward and Mike handled the whole process in an open and professional way. He even arranged to have someone come and pick me up when it came time to get the new Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and all the people that we worked with. I only wish I had called them first when we started the process of getting a new vehicle. It would have saved me an enormous amount of time from talking to so many other dealers. Colonial truly deserves all the incredibly positive reviews they have received from so many satisfied customers. More

Poor service follow up Jerrell tried very hard to make the sale, however because I live in NH, I was unable to take car home same day as I paid for it, due to alleged Mass Jerrell tried very hard to make the sale, however because I live in NH, I was unable to take car home same day as I paid for it, due to alleged Mass laws. They delivered it two days later, with a gift of two new dents on the previously untarnished car. Contacted them same day, never received a call back as yet. So much for customer service!!! More
