Fortunately he found a 5.75 interest rate and I was happy. Once I went to the dealership everything that was promised with my new truck was exactly what he described. Once it came time to sign papers they surprised me with 1.9% interest rate. WOW that was unbelievable. When they say that they will do anything to help you within their power they are not stretching the truth. Jerell was patient with all my questions and made this process about as easy as it could be. I am writing today to say THANK YOU to Jerell Difulvio our Salesman for his top notch, highly professional personalized service. I went to test drive a 2014 Patriot and was undecided, he let me drive a few different vehicles, allowing me to take the vehicle to show my husband, which was very nice. After two days of contemplating what vehicle was the right fit for me, I found my new 2014 Cherokee Latitude, he explained all the details and options on the vehicle, letting me decide without any pressure what so ever. He was patient and very polite while I made up my mind, when I finally decided he took me to see Ray in finance and waited for me to finish even though his shift was over, his dedication to the customer was "over the top"! Then when I asked if I could pick up the car on Sunday he politely said sure no problem, never letting me know it was his day off, he came in just to make sure I was completely happy and there when I picked my new jeep up, I couldn't believe he came in on his day off , just for me! Proves he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to meet their needs! Today I brought in in for an inspection sticker, he was waiting for me and took my jeep right down to get the sticker and brought it up for me, with the AC on waiting for me! I can't say enough nice things about Jerell, Tony (who emailed me about the Labor Day Sale, thank you Tony) and I can't forget the Chris who was extremely informative and helpful as well, he knew we were long time customers and was there every step of the way to make sure I was informed and happy with my decision. I would personally recommend this dealership to anyone and I would personally send them to see Jerell he is the best salesman I have worked with over the years! My purchase had a couple of bumps but overall I'm pretty satisfied. I love my new car and would have to summarize the buying experience overall with Colonial as not as bad as most dealerships. Jerrell - our salesman - makes the experience better though as he is truly no pressure and works hard to get you what you want. Overall, I'll continue to work with the Colonial team and would refer them to friends and family for their future vehicle purchases and service. More

This was not my 1st experience here. 2 years ago I tried to buy a Wrangler but because end of model year no dealership was willing to do a trade. I was forced to buy my Wrangler elsewhere but always knew our next vehicle would be from Colonial and Jerrell. Couple years later I was back and experienced not only the great service I had 2 years prior but they also remembered me and didn't hold anything against us!! I would highly recommend Colonial for your next vehicle and Jerell for your salesman!! Mike the manager was great in working with us to get to the right numbers for our budget and Ray took the time to explain every number it seemed on our purchase and finance sheets!! More

I just went to browse the lot at this dealer as it was close to home and I was on the lookout for a new car. JERELL DIFULVIO approached me and offered his assistance. After showing me some cars on the lot close to home and I was on the lookout for a new car. JERELL DIFULVIO approached me and offered his assistance. After showing me some cars on the lot, none of which was exactly right for me, he found a Nissan Versa on the computer which was at another Colonial dealer in Massachusetts. He arranged to have it brought over the next business day and after a test drive I knew I had found MY car. Jerell made the whole purchasing process a breeze. For a senior citizen on her own that made all the difference. He was extremely patient and walked me through every step, having to explain things more than once. There was no pressure(which would have scared me off) and I felt he really understood my situation and what would be right for me. David( fellow Englishman) also helped and was a pleasure to talk to.
