We purchased a preowned vehicle from ALM and were very pleased to have located the exact vehicle that we had been looking for. We were assured the tobacco smoke odor would be removed from the car interior but it was not; two tires were seriously underinflated and none of the tires had valve caps; the car was almost on empty when we started driving it from the dealership. These kinds of service lapses should not be occurring if a dealership wants to maintain a stellar reputation. It would give most people reservations about the level of service they would receive for a serious issue with their vehicle. More
