EXTREMELY EFFICIENT We recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Bradshaw, met us as we exited our parked vehicle. He took us inside and ran o We recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Bradshaw, met us as we exited our parked vehicle. He took us inside and ran our name through there system to ensure we had not spoken to anyone previously. I found this to be very respectful to his co-workers. Jeremiah was great. He was not pushy, as has been my experience in the past. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and showed us everything the SUV had to offer. After the test drive, we decided to get the process going to purchase the new vehicle. I told him where I wanted my payments to be and after a short time we were able to work it out. The dealership gave me a more than fair price for my trade in. The was the most efficient I have ever seen a dealership run. Each transition from lot to sales to finance was seamless. In total we were there for around 2 hours from pulling into the dealership to pulling out in our new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

A dealer that treats you as family. The staff at Gastonia Chrysler made this whole vehicle search/purchase worth it. I bought my wife a new Durango RT for Christmas and myself a new RA The staff at Gastonia Chrysler made this whole vehicle search/purchase worth it. I bought my wife a new Durango RT for Christmas and myself a new RAM 2500 4x4 last week for work. I will never shop anywhere else. I always put off buying because I hate the typical car dealer. Gastonia Chrysler, from the top down, made us feel as though we were family. The crowning jewel on the experience was the financing. Brian was able to not only finance me, but took the time to get me the best deal, and structured my deal to benefit our needs. No other dealer has treated me this way in the 20 years I've been buying new vehicles. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Brad and Jeremiah were able to source one and have it the next day. This level of service is unheard of these days. Ron, the GM, took time to speak with us and treat us like family members. Brad, the Sales Manager, spent most of his waking hours for the better part of 2 days, trying to make me happy. Jeremiah, Sales, did all he could to find exactly what I was after. Brian, Finance, is nothing short of amazing. Gastonia Chrysler has made this a great experience. I'll never shop anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'll see you soon for 2 more. J. LeVassiur More
