I am delighted with my Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo 4 eHybrid. There aren’t a lot of these cars around, and Porsche Riverside had exactly what I was looking for. Taylor and the team there were super efficient about getting me all the details, and making it easy to close a deal, get through the paperwork and logistics, and take delivery of my car. A review for Ed Finley Last week, I purchased a 2018 Panamera 4 from Ed Finley, sales manager. Porsche Riverside had a good selection and a good price. Excitedly, I flew d Last week, I purchased a 2018 Panamera 4 from Ed Finley, sales manager. Porsche Riverside had a good selection and a good price. Excitedly, I flew down from San Francisco to pickup the car. This is my second Porsche and I have great respect for the product. However, service at Porsche Riverside can only be rated a 1 star because of the unacceptable attitude of Mr. Finley. I had purchased a protective clear bra for the hood, provided by Protective Film Service. I was told that they would call me on Tuesday and install it before Thanksgiving. All week, I chased down Porsche and by Thursday, Ed stepped in to tell me that 1) Porsche Riverside was doing me a favor because they were doing all they could to contact PFS to schedule my service and it was beyond their control. 2) It was not their fault. 3) It was unfair that I would hold over Ed my threat to give them a negative review. This is absolutely not in accordance with the law nor acceptable attitude of good service, let alone great service. The courts have weighted in repeatedly that if one receives compensation and one subs out the service to a subsidiary, one is still liable. One cannot take money in a transaction and claim no responsibility, no liability. I paid Porsche Riverside and if they claim that they are have no control, then they should not recommend PFS and they should not have taken my money. Lastly, I informed Ed that it would have been unreasonable not to allow Ed to cure my problem before giving a review. Its how the dealership responds when there is a problem that earns repeat business. I am told that Riverside sells a lot of cars so I received the clear impression that they dont need my business. Ok, but my friends all listen to my recommendations on cars because like many Porsche buyers, I'm a car fanatic. There will be no shortage amongst Silicon Valley Car aficionados to whom I would not share my negative experience. Let us see how many negative reviews Porsche Riverside can handle before Corporate North America re-evalutes their dealership. It is absolutely outrageous that I was told that Porsche was doing me a favor. I will forward my email trail and complaint to Porsche North America as I was encouraged to do by Ed. Certainly such abysmal servide cannot stand and there are plenty of other dealerships who better deserve our hard earned money. More

Great Experience for a Complicated Euro-Delivery Transaction Great Experience from test drive to contract signing. Christian Vidal is our sales ambassador and helped us through every step of setting up a Europea Great Experience from test drive to contract signing. Christian Vidal is our sales ambassador and helped us through every step of setting up a European Delivery for our 2020 Macan. First he was able to intercept an in-progress order with our specification to save us time. Then he went out of his way to understand the process and work with his general manager Mark Marchant and Tierra Howell at Porsche Cars North America to answer our many questions. We placed the order in early September, got our Stuttgart delivery date within a week or so, and will be picking up the Macan in Germany on November 12. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Christian is always responsive and keeps us informed via email, text and phone. Jeremy Bishop in Finance explained everything available and got us through the contract signing quickly. I will recommend Christian and Porsche Riverside to anyone considering a Porsche, especially if they want Euro-Delivery! More
