I live in Logan, went to dealership there. They had NO desire to help me at all. I told them what car I was interested in for my daughter’s graduation. They still wouldn’t help me. They wouldn’t give me a desire to help me at all. I told them what car I was interested in for my daughter’s graduation. They still wouldn’t help me. They wouldn’t give me any information about the car and most important they would not talk to me about price. I was so disappointed and so was my daughter. The following week we drove to Ogden ( Ken Garff dealership). I got help immediately. Jeremy was the salesman who help me. He explained everything about the car and asked if we wanted to test drive it . When my daughter and I returned we told him that was the car for us. We negotiated the price signed papers that day. The Next day I texted Jeremy and told him I changed my Mind and wanted a different one. He told me price difference, then I drove back to Ogden signed new papers then told him I didn’t want it until the next weekend so it would be a surprise for my daughter. He delivered it to me so I wouldn’t have to make another trip to Ogden . I was so happy and pleased with Jeremy and the Ogden dealership. I felt bad that the Logan Honda dealership wasn’t willing to help me. Next vehicle I buy I won’t waste my time in Logan I will go straight to Ken Garff Honda in Ogden and find Jeremy . He is the best salesman for sure . More
