SAVED US! Broken down car, 4 crying kids, drove us home! This is not your typical review. Couldn't make this up if I tried. Jeremy Butler at Ken Garff literally saved our butts. Saturday night after all of t This is not your typical review. Couldn't make this up if I tried. Jeremy Butler at Ken Garff literally saved our butts. Saturday night after all of the mechanic shops shut down for the weekend our car decided to have some major sensor issues and would not drive at all, leaving us stranded about 1.5 hours from home with 4 crying kids in the car. Called Ken Garff and Jeremy jumped to work and went way way above and beyond, bending over backwards to not only pick us up (yes all 6 of us, what!) and he drive us 1.5hours back to our home and towed our vehicle back to Ken Garff. It literally humbled me to see someone go out of their way to help someone else. I tried to give him money for the trip and he wouldn't take it because he is an amazing guy. The next day Ken Garff towed our car and Kevin had it fixed and ready to drive by noon the next day these guys are on top of it. You would think after an adventure like that we would have an outrageously huge bill, but they were very very reasonable and definitely have my business for life because of this situation. I will tell this story for years to come. Thanks again Jeremy we appreciate your help. Thanks Kevin at Ken Garff. We love you guys! More
