Totally Unprofessional. Been twice. First time they misplaced car, realized which vehicle was mine and didn’t do service because they didn’t check paperwork to match to bin s Been twice. First time they misplaced car, realized which vehicle was mine and didn’t do service because they didn’t check paperwork to match to bin scheduled with appointment. Had to then reschedule appointment because they had my car all day and did no service. Second time I visited took long than quoted even though I dropped car off a day before scheduled appointment. After more than 25 and past quoted tome I call to ask about car and they tell me yeah it’s been done just never notified me even though I opted in to text notifications. Service member on phone then tells me I can come get it if I can be there in the next 10 minutes before they close (I have no car). I then have to wait til the next day to be able to pick up car. They say nothing and just hand me the keys. Totally unprofessional and unreliable service. More

Maintenance Visit Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment. The service department was closed at the time but the GM of the dealership opened the bay and all Dropped vehicle off the night before my appointment. The service department was closed at the time but the GM of the dealership opened the bay and allowed me to park inside overnight. Nice customer service gesture that was appreciated. All maintenance items were taken care of with out issue. An all around great service department. Took one star off for lack of a loaner vehicle. Otherwise a good experience. More

Bad mechanics Replaced a seatbelt months ago and they could not get seatbelt light off. Told me to bring it back. Complete rip off I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it would be $710.58 to get it fix. They also said the alternator was 358 dollars and an hour and a half labor fee is how iy came up to be that expensive. Long story short i went to auto zone spent 175 on a alternator and went nack up there and pit it on myself in 35 minutes. Here's the kicker... they still charge a diagnostic fee when i told them what was wrong. More

Didn’t even look at the car Turns out the sensor was just unpluged they wanted to charge me $700 to replace the whole unit absolutely would not recommend terrible service.
