No drama, got me what I wanted. I stopped in a few other dealers that only wanted to talk about what was on their lot even through it wasn't what I wanted. Northwest showed me what they had on the lot and when it didn't match up with what I was after they had no problem putting a special order in for me to get exactly what I was looking for. When it showed up they didn't play any games with my trade-in or the other numbers. Jeremy spent the time to show me how the top worked and go over the features on my new Wrangler. More

We thought our salesman was very curtious and well informed. Great first car buying experience I met with Jeremy to look at a GMC terrain as my first car buying experience. He was patient and welcomed my questions and hestitations. I found the entire experience to be welcoming and informative all the while meeting my budget and specifications for my first car. They stayed open late, because I work late hours, and walked me through everything without any pressure or a rush. Jeremy even agreed to send me a new part to replace a piece I wasn't happy with after I took the car home. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team at northwest hills if you are looking for a fair and an honest purchase. More

From the initial cont My husband and I recently visited the Northwest Hills dealership to look at a vehicle we had found online using AutoTrader.com. From the initial contact to the moment we walked out of the dealership with keys in hand; the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly to us. We worked with sales team member Jeremy, but at some point had contact with the whole team (or at least that's how it felt.) To our surprise, they were very accommodating to us and our rambunctious two year-old. They were very easy going and even provided her with alternate means of entertainment, as well as a private place to change diapers when needed. We test drove the vehicle, got financed, traded in our old car, and they helped us to register and insure the new vehicle before we drove off ---all in a matter of 3 hours! We are very pleased and hope to do business with them in the future. I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member. More
