He stayed late to help us, even on delivery, to make sure we were set up well, both of of phones connected and ready for a safe drive home in our new Cherokee. Jeff in Finance could not have made the process any easier. Quickest completion of documents for delivery either of us have experienced. No pressure to buy, just information on options, time to review and ask questions and rapid completion of the rest of the process. All we met were super organized and efficient. How staff perform is largely based on how they are treated and the company values from the top down. Clearly, the Sullivan's are truly kind and generous, and spoken of highly by staff. This was definitely the best vehicle purchase experience we have had. We will be back. More

Jeremy H. was the salesman I worked with in purchasing a used 2012 Ford Mustang. Jeremy didn't hesitate to let me test drive the vehicle and throughout the deal and negotiations his conduct was nothing but professional and I really enjoyed working with him. Through the dealership I was able to get the car warrantied bumper to bumper and they will even waive the $100 deductible if you get your car serviced at their dealership! Phenomenal experience for me, I was treated fairly and honestly and would recommend this place to anyone I know. More

They stayed open late, because I work late hours, and walked me through everything without any pressure or a rush.
