My recent purchase from Jimmy Britt was a great experience. I had been looking for a few months for the best deal and came across Jimmy Britt in Statesboro with a great truck at a great price. I had experienced issues in the past with other dealers and rarely had a positive experience, so I went to visit ready for a challenge. My experience was nothing but positive, their were no "car dealer games" no tricks no surprises. They presented a great price with a fair price on my trade in and we came to an agreement right away. MY primary contact Rich was professional and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for and never tried to push me into something I didn't want. During the test drive there was a minor issue discovered with the truck, Rich had a member of their service team assess and make the adjustments, they had the truck ready to go before the paperwork was completed. Their entire team went above and beyond what I had expected to ensure I received exceptional customer service. I will be recommending Jimmy Britt to anyone looking for a great deal and great service. I had hoped to not leave a bad review, but I must. First, I want to say that my salesman was an absolute pleasure. if he didn't know something, he told us instead of trying to make something must. First, I want to say that my salesman was an absolute pleasure. if he didn't know something, he told us instead of trying to make something up. He was exceptionally polite and personable. My issues started after I took possession of the vehicle. I found that there was no spare key. After trying to have one cut, I learned that it needs a chip and I must go through the dealership to get one. I contacted my salesman, and he did search for one, but apparently the dealership did not receive it from the previous owner. After being referred to the parts department, I find that it is going to cost me approximately $300 to get a spare key. $220 for the key itself and $85 to program it. I had just spent a lot of money there, I feel that the car should come with a spare key. On this same day, I tell them that the brakes had started squealing, rather loudly. At this point I had possession of the vehicle for about one week and had put less than 50 miles on it. There had not been enough time or distance to account for the kind of wear and tear to cause brakes to squeal. I am told that the service department could fix the brakes, but it would be at my expense. I do realize and accept that when you buy a used vehicle, it comes as is. I feel that this was a mechanical issue that was hidden at the time of the sale. The last thing could possibly not be their fault. Kind of. When I received the registration for my new vehicle, it, in fact, was registration for the vehicle I had just traded in. I don't know if this is their fault or not. But what I do know, is that when I asked them about it, I was told that they would find out and let me know. That was on August 20th, nearly 3 weeks ago, and I have not heard from them since. This instance of non-communication is the one strike against my salesman. I would not recommend. More

Wonderful Experience. I bought my first new vehicle from Jimmy Britt. Bootsy, Reese, and Byron made the entire experience a pleasure to deal with. They had excellent knowledge about the vehicle and treated Jimmy Britt. Bootsy, Reese, and Byron made the entire experience a pleasure to deal with. Had a great experience in trading vehicles at Jimmy Britt in Statesboro. Got numbers in about 10-15 minutes and test drive. On Saturday afternoon and I called on Monday morning and agreed. Did my financial w in Statesboro. Got numbers in about 10-15 minutes and test drive. On Saturday afternoon and I called on Monday morning and agreed. Did my financial work on phone and the salesperson delivered to my home on Tuesday. Only thing we don’t really like is tires. I would like to trade tires for some softer ones. Thanks for great deal and service. More
