Went to the dealership looking for a used crosstrek. Jeremy showed me a bunch of them. After looking at a few and test driving 2 of them I was able to figure out which one was for me. Mainly dealt over the phone and through email, Jeremy made the process as easy and as smooth as it could be. As promised, received the call within the 10 weeks that my new vehicle had arrived and was ready for me to take delivery. Some confusion on the appointment day to take delivery of the vehicle, yet the Team (w/Rob the business manager) was able to squeeze us in so that I can take my new vehicle home as soon as possible.
