We are sorry you were disappointed in your experience. Your credit application was submitted to Kia to obtain the rebate of $1250. Unfortunately, our sales manager did not communicate to our finance manager you did not wish your credit to be run again, so the finance manager--trying to get you a better rate, applied to a third institution. Although this rate was lower than the two previous quotes from your credit union and Kia finance, it would have made you ineligible for the rebate. While we were wrong to apply to the third bank, all this was done in order to get the lowest and best rate for you. Regarding the taxes, rebates are taxable, so adding the rebate to the transaction did increase the amount of taxes in total for your purchase, but the price was still less than it would have been without the rebate. We are unsure as to why you would think anyone found this situation amusing in any way. No one was laughing or tried to deny our mistake. As for being turned down at the other dealership, we would point out your previous applications may have led Kia to deny a second application for financing, but you were definitely approved based on the information your provided by both Kia Finance and the other bank. Again, we apologize for our error, but all actions were made in good faith to provide you the best options for your purchase. We hope you are able to find a vehicle to meet your needs soon.

That's not true, your actions were NOT IN GOOD FAITH, they though that because I have a language accent, I can't understand what they were trying to do, you are liars. Everything that happened is recorded on the security cameras, it would be good for you to see them the way they treated me
